Plans and Data Packs

Monthly plans allocate data by month; data packs let you use data as needed. Check how billing works before choosing an allowance.

Create an account with a username and password. Choose a plan and pay in the user panel.

A Price Overview

Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT; 60-day refunds. All plans support unlimited devices and cover 100+ countries and 250+ routes.

Data allowance and validity are different considerations. Monthly plans are for your monthly usage; data packs suit cumulative long-term needs. “Never expires” describes the validity of a data pack—it doesn’t mean unlimited data. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices, not the plan’s data allowance.

Monthly Plans and Data Packs

Choose a monthly plan for a regular usage pattern, or compare data packs if your usage is irregular. Switching the categories below only changes what’s displayed; it won’t create an order or charge you.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. When estimating your needs, consider browsing, file transfers, video streaming and everyday use across your devices—not just the data used by a single connection.

Light use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

For browsing, research and text-based AI tools. Start with a smaller monthly allowance to gauge your actual usage.

  • 60GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 100+ countries / 250+ routes
  • 60-day refunds

Frequent large file transfers and HD video streaming use data faster. Check your usage in the panel; this plan does not include unlimited data.

Everyday use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18/month

For frequent cross-border access, with room for study resources, remote collaboration, AI tools and streaming.

  • 250GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 100+ countries / 250+ routes
  • 60-day refunds

A larger data allowance doesn’t guarantee faster speeds. Your experience also depends on your local network, chosen route and destination service.

Best value per GB on monthly plans

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For frequent use across multiple devices, regular file transfers, or extra monthly data for streaming and work.

  • 500GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 100+ countries / 250+ routes
  • 60-day refunds

The per-GB comparison applies only to the monthly plans listed on this page. Choose based on your needs; there’s no need to pay for data you won’t use just to get a lower unit price.

Choose this plan

Mid-term upgrades: The price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before submitting, check the plan name, amount and validity period shown in the panel. An upgrade doesn’t simply add the original and new plan periods together. If you only need more data for a short time, review your actual usage before deciding whether to switch.

Included with Every Plan

Plans mainly differ in price, data allowance and billing rules. Decide how you’ll use the service first, then choose the amount of data you need. Device count isn’t a reason to upgrade.

International routes and multiple devices

100+ countries, 250+ routes and unlimited simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported, with clients available to configure for different devices and use cases. Multiple devices share the plan’s data allowance; unlimited devices doesn’t mean each one gets a separate allowance.

Strong encryption and account security

VPNXM uses strong, military-grade encryption. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription details safe, and don’t share subscription links publicly. Encryption and careful account security work together, and you should also follow the privacy and account rules of the websites you visit.

AI tools and streaming

Choose an international route based on the regions supported by your destination service for AI tools, streaming and everyday cross-border access. Access is still subject to the platform’s regional policies, your account status and your actual exit location. More plan data doesn’t include a platform membership or access to specific content.

User panel and support

Log in to the panel to check orders, retrieve your subscription and report issues through a support ticket. On platforms other than iOS, you can download a client after logging in; the iOS entry point requires an eligible active plan. When reporting a problem, include your device platform, route and what happened to help with troubleshooting. Never share your account password or complete subscription details in a ticket.

Billing Rules Compared

Use the price table to check costs and the comparison below to understand how data is billed. Monthly plans and occasional-use packs have different cost structures, so the payment amount alone won’t tell you which is a better fit.

If you’re not sure what you need yet, check the typical data usage of your frequently used apps. Text-based interactions use data differently from video streaming and file transfers. Rather than guessing how long an allowance will last, use your panel’s actual usage records to guide future adjustments. See our guide to choosing a service for tips on selecting a route.

Payment methods and order checks

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Pay through the checkout in the user panel. Don’t enter payment details on this marketing page or transfer money to personal accounts outside the checkout.

Choose a plan, then review your order

Selecting a plan card takes you to the plans page in the user panel. After logging in, choose a monthly plan or data pack and check the plan name, data allowance, billing method and amount due before continuing to payment. Clicking a card doesn’t charge you or confirm an order. Monthly plans and data packs have different validity rules, so check them again before submitting rather than relying on similar plan names.

Pay using the current checkout instructions

For Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the checkout instructions for your current order. For USDT, carefully check the network, address and amount due shown at checkout. Don’t rely on old screenshots or payment details from a previous order. If payment is interrupted, return to the panel and check the order status before deciding whether to continue. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t updated yet.

Check your order and subscription after payment

After payment, return to the user panel to confirm the order and plan status, then retrieve your subscription and configure your client. If your payment went through but the status hasn’t updated, keep your order details and report the issue through a support ticket in the panel. Include the relevant order and describe what happened; don’t share your payment account password. Log in to retrieve your subscription. This marketing site doesn’t provide direct subscription links or installer downloads.

60-day no-questions-asked refunds

Check how to request a refund before choosing a plan. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details.

Submit a request in the user panel

Log in to the account used to purchase the plan, open a support ticket and explain that you’re requesting a refund, including the relevant order. Check that the account and order match before submitting. Keep any follow-up details and replies in the same ticket to avoid splitting the information across multiple requests.

If you’re having trouble connecting, you can also describe your device platform, chosen route and where the problem occurs in a support ticket, then decide whether to troubleshoot further or request a refund. The refund policy doesn’t guarantee the same experience on every local network, website or device. Consider your own setup when deciding whether the service is right for you.

Billing and Refund FAQs

Find details on pricing, device limits, payments and upgrades here. For connection or client setup issues, see the FAQ and Guides.

How much do VPNXM plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB; ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB. Use the data as you need; packs never expire. Monthly data resets on the activation date. Choose based on how often you use the service and how much data you need.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

There’s no device limit, including for simultaneous connections. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your plan’s data allowance.

How long do I have to request a refund, and how do I do it?

Refunds are available within 60 days, no questions asked. Log in to the user panel, submit a refund request through a support ticket, and include the relevant order so it can be verified. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. Check for replies in the same ticket rather than submitting the same request again.

What payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user panel, review your order, then follow the checkout instructions. For USDT payments, carefully verify the network, address and amount due shown at checkout. Don’t reuse payment details from an old order.

How do I choose between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Choose a monthly plan for regular use and a monthly data allowance that resets on your activation date. Choose a data pack if your usage is irregular and you want to use the allowance over time; it lasts until used and never expires. Check the reset schedule and data pack validity before choosing—they’re different billing options.

How is a mid-term plan upgrade calculated?

For a mid-term monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before submitting, check the new plan, amount due and adjusted validity period in the user panel. The order confirmation page is definitive. An upgrade doesn’t simply add the original and new billing periods or data allowances together.
